This is my quick, favourite, delicious, nutrition-packed protein toast for busy mornings. creamy peanut butter, fresh banana slices, crunchy walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on high-protein bread. Simple, satisfying, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 slice high-protein bread
- 1–2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 fresh banana, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp crushed walnuts
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
Method
- Toast the high-protein bread until golden and crisp.
- Spread peanut butter evenly over the toast.
- Layer thin banana slices on top.
- Garnish with crushed walnuts and a light sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
