Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
(You can also use canned chickpeas) - ½ onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala

Optional Spice Mix Alternative
If you don’t have chaat masala, use:
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp coriander powder
Step by step Method
Step 1
Add boiled chickpeas to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add diced onion, cucumber, tomato, and chopped coriander leaves.
Step 3
Pour in fresh lemon juice.
Step 4
Sprinkle chaat masala
OR
add salt, coriander powder, and chilli powder.
Step 5
Mix everything well and serve fresh.
