Ingredients
- 1 cup paneer (crumbled) 200g
- beetroot slaw 250g
- 1 boiled potato (mashed)
- 1 tbsp plain flour (for binding) or Breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder

Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Blend the Beetroot Slaw
Add the beetroot slaw to a blender and pulse lightly until finely blended.
Step 2: Add Paneer
Add paneer to the blender and blend for just 2 seconds.
You want a slightly textured mixture, not a smooth paste.
Step 3: Mix Everything
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add:
- mashed boiled potato
- plain flour
- salt
- coriander powder
- chilli powder
Mix everything well until combined.
Step 4: Shape the Patties
Take small portions of the mixture and shape into round patties or cutlets.

Step 5: Air Fry
Place patties in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 160°C until golden brown and crispy from both sides.

Flip halfway for even crispiness.
Step 6: Serve
